I’m posting some pictures of three 1/72 IGB kits of WWII British trucks that my regular wargame “enemy” Juan had bought specifically to use in some desert wargame scenarios. Chevrolet and rear-view of the Troop Carrier IGB Bedford Radio/Wireless Truck.
The figures are a mix of old 1/76 scale “Matchbox Anzac Infantry” and “Airfix Australian Infantry”. There are also some simple conversion jobs with a few helmets replacing slouch hats, and a couple of figures from other sets slipping in there too. On some of the bases you might notice some offcuts of plastic plants.…
These are some old Airfix and Matchbox 1/76 scale figures from my collection that were used to make up some small British Commando squads for a game a few weeks ago. Classic stuff, figures that are over 30 years old and the sculpting and poses have stood the test of time well.
